By engaging with A1 Auto Performance for any service, including but not limited to general vehicle maintenance, performance-oriented repair, engine diagnostics, brake and suspension service, electrical system repair, performance upgrades, air conditioning service, and automotive tune-ups, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 4. Payment Terms

Payment for all services and parts is due in full upon completion of work and before vehicle release. We accept various forms of payment, which will be communicated at our facility. Failure to make timely payment may result in applicable storage fees or the exercising of a mechanic's lien on the vehicle as permitted by Florida law.

5. Warranty on Services and Parts

A1 Auto Performance stands behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms for parts and labor will be provided at the time of service and may vary depending on the nature of the repair and the parts used. Any warranty offered is generally non-transferable and applies only to the original repair and customer. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and does not cover issues arising from misuse, accidents, or lack of proper vehicle maintenance after the service.

6. Vehicle Drop-off and Pick-up

Vehicles must be dropped off and picked up during our posted business hours unless prior arrangements have been made. Vehicles left on our premises outside of agreed-upon times may be subject to storage fees. A1 Auto Performance is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles. We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle or customer at our sole discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

A1 Auto Performance will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services in question. We are not responsible for damage to vehicles unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orlando, Florida.
